The Cottage Accommodation
The cottage is cosy and comfortable with an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; a  king and a twin room (zip and link), both have en-suite shower rooms. Sleep deeply in these hugely comfortable beds  with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Fluffy towels provided as are soap, shampoo and shower gel.  Downstairs has a beautiful slate floor with the benefit of under-floor heating and a log fire (logs provided).  The kitchen is handmade from locally sourced oak. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing  machine, & microwave. Then there are the iPod docking stations in the bedrooms, Bang & Olufsen television, CD/iPod  docking station and DVD player in the sitting room (huge selection of DVDs available) - all home comforts are  provided for.    Outside you will enjoy a terrace with table and chairs and loungers, overlooking the walled sunken-garden and old  stables, a fabulous suntrap with sun until the afternoon. Then in the evening enjoy the patio at the front of the cottage  looking out to the River Teme and beyond.  Listen and all you will hear is the mewing of the buzzards as they circle high above, the odd owl, many other birds,  maybe a distant sheep or two, the babbling of the Crochen Brook. ……really, you may not want to go on that walk  after all…maybe later…  Star-gazing at night (The Perseid Shower is spectacular in August). Dip into the Cottage's Sky at Night Book to identify  the constellations.
